Hiit training stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It involves working hard for short bursts followed by a period of rest. In Hiit to Hatha yoga we mix HIIT intervals with dynamic flows, and longer posture holds. 

As well as classes we offer one to one personal training in Bath (at home/in our one to one studio) or via video call.

For the purpose of our classes we define Hatha as a physical expression of yoga through asanas (postures), breathing (pranayama), and making a connection between body and mind.  As well as HIIT to Hatha classes we offer pure Hatha one to Yoga sessions in Bath (at home/in our one to one studio) or via video call.
