I really enjoy Tina’s HITT/Vinyasa yoga classes, especially after a day staring at a computer. She is great at adjustments, even virtually, correcting and guiding you, ensuring you are getting the most from the poses, but not doing yourself an injury. Tina makes you work, but then does a wonderful relaxation at the end. Would highly recommend.

Tina is authoritative, positive, enthusiastic and gets you to do things that you didn’t think possible. Most of all, I love her classes. I am not confident in this arena but after working with Tina I feel sure I can progress which in itself is amazing. Thanks Tina!

Really great personal trainer. I enjoy my working out sessions with her. I never used to exercise and eating healthy. Tina is approach is great. None training days she sends recorded videos to do during the week and she gave me nutrition guide of what portions and types of food I can eat to stay healthy and lose weight. I highly recommend Tina.
