Yoga has been a passion of mine for over two decades. I love introducing people to yoga through gentle, beginners classes then see them flourish to become avid yoginis. I specialise in injury rehabilitation, and stress or anxiety management. Every class is structured to include breathing techniques, asanas (postures) and guided relaxations/meditations for a balanced class. The yoga journey is unique for everyone and the benefits great. For those students looking for a more energetic class my HIIT to Hatha classes tick the box. I have developed this style of class combining my personal training background with my yoga knowledge, to increase aerobic capacity, strength and integrity in postures. These are fun classes but still leave you feeling relaxed and calm by the end. A popular option for corporate sessions.
As well as teaching yoga classes I offer personal training sessions to work on specific fitness goals. Sessions usually last between 45-60min. Virtual and in person sessions available (Bath only).
